At the Geriatric Concierge Center, located in Los Altos, CA, Dr. Mehrdad Ayati, Board Certified Geriatrician, Dr. Grace Nadolny, Geriatric Psychiatrist, and Dr. Nathan Pack, Neuropsychologist, provide a full spectrum Geriatric and Dementia Evaluation and Management. Most of these services are covered by Medicare. These services include:
